Jon’s vast experience ensures he can tackle nearly every appliance repair job that comes his way, delivering professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional results.
Susan, our service advisor, is the friendly face you’ll speak with when you book your appointment or have any questions. She handles all enquiries and ensures your appliance repair or cleaning service is scheduled at a time that’s convenient for you.

Upfront, Flat-Rate Pricing

We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for all appliance repairs. Our standard labour/call-out charge is £65 (including VAT), covering the time it takes to diagnose and, hopefully, repair your appliance.

No hidden fees: You’ll know the cost upfront with our flat-rate pricing.
Parts: If your appliance requires a part, Jon will provide a quote on the same day. We will then order the part and return to fit it, with no additional charge for the return visit.
In addition to repairs, we also offer appliance cleaning services starting from just £45, helping to maintain your appliances and extend their lifespan.
