Upfront, Flat-Rate Pricing
We offer straightforward, flat-rate pricing for appliance repairs, with a standard labour/call-out charge of £75 including VAT. This covers the engineer’s time to diagnose the fault and, where possible, complete the repair during the initial visit.
If your appliance requires a replacement part, Jon will provide a quote before any additional work is carried out. Once approved, we’ll order the part and arrange a return visit to fit it,
with no additional labour/call-out charge for the return visit.
